Our Residential Apartment Division is currently seeking Full Time Maintenance Technicians/ Maintenance Rovers
The following qualifications are required:
Basic knowledge of building systems, i.e. plumbing, electrical fire safety etc
Experience and skill with basic maintenance tools
Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues
Perform painting, drywall, plumbing electrical, maintenance and appliance repairs
Must have good communication skills in English with knowledge of Spanish a definite a plus.
Must be able to work cooperatively with others and take direction. Must be able to perform quality work in a fast paced environment.

Plumbing
Electrical
Fixture installation and repair
Carpentry
Tile
Drywall
Demolition
Fencing
Molding
Other general maintenance
You must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
