The Sanneh Foundation (Sanneh) is a St. Paul, Minnesota based non-profit whose overarching goal is to address the range of social factors that empower youth and improve community well-being. Aligning the organization's mission with culturally relevant and poverty alleviating programming, Sanneh empowers youth by supporting and promoting educational attainment through in-school and after-school programming; improves lives by providing social and emotional development and trusted and caring adult-youth mentorship; and unites communities by advancing diversity, equity, and community well-being. The Sanneh Dreamline Data Collection & Evaluation VISTA will expand and improve data collection and evaluation systems to improve education and learning outcomes for diverse and low-income youth in Sanneh St. Cloud Dreamline programs. As Sanneh's Dreamline Data Collection & Evaluation VISTA, you will help build organizational capacity by: developing and improving data collection and evaluation best practices; strengthening data collection and evaluation systems through pilot and feedback processes involving stakeholders; developing systems for internal communication of data and evaluation results with staff to increase program quality and effectiveness. A successful member will be skilled in teamwork, data collection, data bases, program evaluation, and other general skills, as well as experience in preparing program progress reporting. . ***Please also send cover letter and resume to supervisor.
