Job Summary
The salon coordinator will be responsible to staff and coordinate all services and product offering in a fast pace full service salon.
Responsibilities and Duties
- We are look for a client focused coordinator that will run the day to day operation of a fast pace growing salon.
- This individual will be working with 10 to 12 high producing stylist that will require coaching, education and scheduling.
- They would also manage product offering,control inventory watch expenses and mange cash.
- This position reports directly to the business owner. We have 8 salons currently and are continuing to grow our footprint the the intermountain region.
Qualifications and Skills
- The skill required for this position include. Positive Client interaction. Positive stylist and employee interaction. The ability to create excitement and growth within the team.
- To be a true visionary for the industry.
- Strong staffing and recruiting skills
- Profit and loss management skills.
