In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of Trustpilot's various commercial systems and processes. You will be responsible for maintaining and operating internal commercial systems across multiple departments in Trustpilot. You will also develop and enforce processes and procedures designed to improve the quality and security of Salesforce.

We expect you to have the ability to understand the systems integrated with Salesforce.com and implement solutions that fit into the system, as well as the ability to document end-user requirements, communicate those requirements and develop and implement them.


In your role, you will:

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions in close collaboration with the internal Commercial and Technology teams.

  • Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, and other routine tasks.

  • Troubleshooting email campaigns, workflows, approval cycles, process builder & any kind of declarative automations.

  • Handle Salesforce.com release upgrades to keep Salesforce org functioning at its best. Release Updates replaces the Critical Updates console and includes Security Alerts so that all of the important changes will not impact the daily business processes.

  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.

  • Expanding or refining sharing rules and access privileges so records can be properly viewed and manipulated (while keeping the "special records" locked or hidden altogether).

  • Fixing data records that have somehow been set with record types or ownerships that make them inaccessible to users.

  • Manage users, user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, and license types.

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems. appropriately and organise operational requests focusing on Salesforce platform.

  • Establish, implement, and administer best practices with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, and backups.

  • Maintains proper documentation of processes, policies, application configurations, knowledge base, and related materials.

  • Identifying ways to improve the UX design of our Salesforce & setting up the platform to match these needs using out of the box Salesforce solutions.

  • Integration of 3rd party tools to automate processes and make sure all customer data is available in one place.

  • Provide support to Sales Operations, Customer Success and stakeholders to their daily Salesforce related issues and questions.


We are looking for people with:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM201 or ADM211).

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science would be advantageous.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.

  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.

  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.

  • High-quality ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.

  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and administering access.

  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.

  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.

  • Skilled understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, process builder, flows and other content of intermediate complexity.

  • Experience with CTI implementation, support integrations like Salesloft, Hoopla, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Zoominfo, & Fresh Service ticket management.

  • Professional English written and interpersonal communication skills.


We are:

A team of around 30 Trusties supporting our global commercial and marketing departments. We have a presence in London, Copenhagen and New York and we are growing quickly to support the growing requirements of our Commercial and Marketing teams globally. We are responsible for the day to day management and overall health of our Commercial and Marketing Tech stack. We are accountable for all the integrations, data availability and deployment of change requests and new systems and technologies.


We offer:

  • A competitive base salary ranging from $105,600 to $150,000 gross per year. This range doesn't include any variable pay such as bonuses, awards made under Trustpilot's equity program or other benefits
