What we are looking for:

We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to the sales team, sales manager and customers during the sales process. You need to be organized, efficient, and work well in a fast-pace, timely manner. Great customer service and teamwork is essential for this position.


Job Duties:

  • Handle incoming customer requests for the sales team
  • Order Fulfillment for warehoused goods
  • Input deals in CRM
  • Handle minor order issues for the sales team
  • Monitor Live Chats from the WHP website, and assign to the appropriate representative
  • Assign incoming WebCarts/Contact Requests
  • Schedule sales meetings, assist with meeting set up and transcribe meeting minutes
  • Back up to Account Associate
  • Assist Account Managers/ Sales Manager with any projects pertaining to data clean up

Requirements
