The Opportunity
Interested in helping Adobe scale to meet the needs of thousands of our most valuable customers? We are looking for a buying program specialist who enjoys solving sophisticated problems, collaborates easily, looking to help support Adobe's internal sales teams and embodies all of Adobe’s core values (Genuine, Exceptional, Innovative, Involved).
As a member of the Buying Programs organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to create solutions for our Partners and Sales Teams. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations!
This position requires someone who can jump from high-level strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate will also have the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of good judgment. Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter authority on Adobe Buying Programs, policies and systems and provide premier support to the extended Field organization.
Help with the implementation of new Buying Programs, that are developed to better support the Sales Teams ability to sell to exactly where Adobe's customers’ needs are met for Digital Media products. This requires an ability to quickly problem solve and articulate the solutions in a timely manner.
Using wikis, and other interpersonal tools to lead project status and working meetings, evaluate risks and issues, and overall solution delivery.
Perform project analysis and communicate effectively with different levels in the organization. Needed to succeed:
2-5 years of full-time meaningful work experience.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.
Demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs, how sales teams work, and can reliably adapt with an evolving business.
Ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view; problem solver who can resolve the best way to solve the issues at hand while planning for the future.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $58,600 -- $139,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
