American Extrusion International is a global company engaged in the design, development, manufacture, installation and service of Grain Extrusion Equipment and other up/downstream accessories for the Food Industry.
Sales Support/Receptionist
Daily responsibilities include
Sales support duties:
Provide sales quotes to customers using quoting tool
Respond to emails regarding quote inquiries
Translate emails that come in Spanish
Process Visa invitations and applications
Accounting duties:
Enter daily job cards into Production Management Software
Receptionist duties:
Answer phones, greet customers, sales representatives, etc.
Clean office breakroom, make coffee, order food for luncheons, make travel arrangements from airport for customers coming to our facility.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must:
Be able to answer phones promptly and politely
Speak and read Spanish fluently
Possess excellent communication skills
Be proficient with computers
