WE WILL TRAIN YOU

The Store Sales Associate will work inside of our partnered retail location. Your main goal will be to approach customers and generate conversations about their heating and cooling needs and inform them on our services.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has past experience as a Lead Generator, Canvasser, Kiosk Sales, Cellular Sales, or experience in a KPI-driven sales-oriented environment.

Position Highlights

• $15-$18 an hour PLUS generous un-capped commission, paid weekly

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
• Must be available to work Friday through Sunday hours
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Enthusiasm and high level of comfort approaching customers
• Must be comfortable working in a team and an independent setting
• Desire to get your steps in for the day! This position requires standing and/or walking for long durations within a retail setting.
• Offers are contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and pre-employment background checks.
