Sales Rep

The Position

We are looking for independent Sales Rep (Product Specialist), to grow our revenue and profitability through direct sales to homeowners. Using innovative technology for effective lead management and quoting, our Product Specialists will design comprehensive Impact Window & Door quotes and work the sales cycle including prospecting, cultivating relationships, conducting in-home presentations, closing sales, and follow-up with all prospects.

The Opportunity

While all sales/marketing costs to generate leads will be performed by the back office; Product Specialists are expected to self-generate leads through referrals and networking. Appointments will be assigned to the Product Specialist provided minimum expectations are met. Wright’s has a very aggressive commission structure and a high volume of inbound leads.

Candidates with prior impact window or in-home sales experience are preferred, however we welcome inexperienced candidates with a high aptitude for sales and the desire to make six figures in their first year.

Wright’s Impact Window and Door is a dealer of premium-grade impact windows and doors, focusing on effective marketing, premium installation, and exceptional customer service. With three locations across South Florida, Product Specialists in Key Largo would be working (remotely from the road) out of our Tavernier office and showroom.

The Product

Aside from hurricane protection, Wright's series of impact products will instantly increase the home’s value, drastically reduce energy and insurance costs, provide near impenetrable protection from home invasion, and reduce virtually all outside noise from entering the home. Through a government sponsored financing program called PACE, customers can finance a purchase without a credit check, no money down, and terms as long as 30 years.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly attend all scheduled sales appointments
  • Close appointments at a high rate, overcome objections
  • Skilled at selling value, not the lowest possible price.
  • Persistent follow-up with all missed sales and cancelled appointments
  • Keep CRM and mobile sales tool updated with all prospect info
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, independently seeks out information
  • Attends weekly sales calls and meetings
  • Accurate measurements and estimates
  • Open to coaching and learning "The Wright's Way"
  • Self generates business through referrals, call lists, and events
  • Maintain professional attitude and look

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • Clearly reads, writes, speaks and understands English
  • Has a clearly defined sales process, or is able to learn and master one
  • Must possess some general construction and/or product knowledge
  • General experience using Microsoft Excel, Sales Force or internal CRM software
  • Experience using mobile apps and iPads
  • Minimum of 3 years of face-to-face sales and lead management
  • Reliable transportation and current driver’s license
  • OK working as a subcontractor as a 1099
  • Ethical, transparent and honest
  • Available a minimum 5 days a week; some weekends required for trade shows and exhibits
  • Flexible working schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Impact window industry
  • Familiar with window & door business, including industry related jargon
  • Familiar with at least 2 of the following manufacturers: PGT, CGI, LAWSON, ECO, WINDOOR, CWS, AWP, ES WINDOWS
  • Bi-Lingual: Clearly reads, writes, speaks and understands SPANISH

COMPENSATION:

Solid and competitive Commission structure.
