POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role of the sales representative is to present & sell appropriate product solutions to our B2B clients. A sales representative creates sales opportunities by prospecting, following up on leads, performing cold calls, qualifying opportunities, and solving our clients’ problems. In order to be successful in this role, a sales representative will need to demonstrate an advanced understanding of our sales process and products, and also demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.

We have a turnkey sales process. We provide new sales associates all of our sales operations manuals and sales scripts during onboarding. Then we train new sales associates on all of the processes. Our organization invests in an abundance of professional development to provide our employees the ultimate opportunity for success.

Starting base salary is $48K + amazing commission program with clear opportunities for advancement.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Sell our power supply products to businesses in the electronics industry
  • Maximize sales opportunities by continually prospecting for new clients.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources.
  • Perform a minimum of 120 outbound phone calls and taking inbound calls
  • Meet daily key performance indicators and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Develop strong impactful relationships with clients
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of our products and industry
  • Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment.
  • Take the lead in video conference meetings with client
  • Perform client site visits
  • Take the lead in in-person meetings with client
  • Solving client’s basic technical inquiries

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Strong presentation skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Position requires travel: Up to 10%
