Sales Representative Job at Pmm Companies
PMM Companies (PMM) is looking for a proven, highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team!
What will you do?
You will lead the efforts in offering janitorial-related services to commercial, educational, non-profit and government agency prospects within the DMV region and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.
Who will get this role?
- A bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or business management
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, particularly related to janitorial/facility services, landscaping services, parking garage services, mechanical, window washing, or trash services
- Experience with cold calls, email campaigns, tradeshows, and networking within industry organizations/events
- A high comfort level using a CRM to manage the sales process, forecast sales and produce regular reports to management
- Experience performing market research through various online platforms
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prepare and conduct presentations with prospects and current clients
- Ability and willingness to travel for tradeshows, demonstrations and prospect/client meeting
- Ground transportation for travel within the region to prospect/client meetings and other events with mileage reimbursement
