RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Assist with both passenger and cargo charter sales.
- Provide prompt and accurate price quoting to customers, handle high call/email volume, and produce quotes quickly.
- Update and maintain accurate customer preferences and foster relationships with customers and industry personnel to promote goodwill and generate new business.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Remain current on company and competitor product offerings, aircraft, regional charter pricing, and travel trends.
- Generate new business leads by developing relationships with brokers and maintaining prospect lists.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive teamwork and generate new business leads through relationship development.
- Managing flight schedules and ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
- Assist with client requests and ensure compliance with pre-trip policies and FAA regulations.
- Assist with client requests such as arranging hotel accommodations, catering, and ground transportation to ensure a flawless flight experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of products
- 30+ WPM Typing Speed
