• Manages and achieves budgeted sales goals.
• Supervises the sales administration process and daily activities of the sales function and up to 1.5 full-time equivalent sales representatives.
• Achieve the set revenue goal via direct, required sales performance; personal goal set monthly.
• Manages sales in line with budgeted financial performance.
• Assists in the preparation of financial projections and develops a plan for achieving the goals set out in those projections.
• Demonstrates the ability to answer questions, research problems, and resolve issues.
• Communicates daily with Service Manager to be better able to set service expectations for customers.
• Prepares completed sales reports for the General / Branch Manager.
• Creates a positive work environment. Attract and recruit high caliber employees.
• Actively manages the performance and motivation of sales staff.
• Assists with making regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow-up on leads.
• Monitors, analyzes and communicates monthly sales data for accuracy.
• Maintains sales levels to generate adequate revenue.
• Responsible for adjusting errors and customer complaints.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Prior inside/outside sales and sales team leader experience required; sales team / peer coaching experience preferred
• Must have experience with sales and office administration
• Able to handle multiple tasks, be detail oriented and work independently
• Experience in pest control or route-based industry a plus
• Must successfully pass background and drug screening
• Driver license and good driving record
• Advanced customer service skills
• Intermediate level of computer skills
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
