Sales & Customer Service and Administrative Assistant

Pack of Paws Dog Training is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Agent to help new clients and to help existing clients stay motivated and on the right training track!

Pack of Paws is an amazing team of passionate trainers and support staff whose success relies on our entire team!

Candidate Qualities:

• Must live local to Charlton MA
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance
• Ability to remain inactive on personal telephone and personal business while working, making Pack of Paws the priority during working hours
• Enjoys creating and strengthening relationships with clients by creating an amazing customer experience with each interaction
• Enjoys working as a team assisting all customers and trainer staff
• Can maintain an organized work space and assist with maintaining an organized training center
• Takes initiative
• Ability to listen to client concerns and help them select the right service
• Can multi-task including incoming phone calls, make appointments for 6 trainers, maintain schedules, cash out treats, maintain attendance rosters and more all seemingly simultaneously
• Is Detail oriented
• Loves Data Entry
• Stays in contact with clients, following up with clients
• Is On Time
• Can be flexible and help with big events that are outside normal working hours, with notice
• Can be dependable & reliable with both attendance and work ethic

Required Experience:

• Making appointments for multiple persons, maintaining multiple calendars on Google Calendar
• Data Entry and lists in Google Sheets
• Answering incoming email inquiries
• Answering incoming telephone inquiries
• Email correspondence
• Cashing out sales of goods and services
• Sales & Customer Service in a busy environment
• Handling special projects as assigned
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
