HVAC Sales Coordinator – Len the Plumber / BALTIMORE METRO
Join our new HVAC Division!
The HVAC Sales Coordinator will schedule all leads, to include market and tech-generated. This role will prioritize the leads to maximize opportunity and revenue. The role will also outbound on open service and sales estimates to close outstanding opportunities and create new revenue for the company.

Communicate with technicians to set sales leads – create an effective transition from technicians to Comfort Consultant.

Communicate with customers to prioritize marketed leads and gather helpful information for the sales team.

Prioritize sales calls for all Comfort Consultant

Communicate with customers for scheduling of sales appointments

*

Dispatch Comfort Consultants

*

Create and schedule reports to provide to dispatch team for setting leads

*

Track results of all sales calls and open opportunities

*

Work with the install team to ensure the install call board is full.

*

Prioritize unsold opportunities for sales and service departments.

*

Follow up in a timely manner on unsold opportunities with the intent to save the sale and generate revenue

*

Work with customer to meet needs and ultimately convert the opportunity

  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.

*

Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.

*

Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.

Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.

*

Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.

Other Job Functions
Administrative duties to the assist the sales and service department as needed
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Work is generally performed in an office environment. Ability to sit for prolonged periods of times at a computer
Qualifications/Abilities:

  • Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and prioritization

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

*

Proficient with Microsoft Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

*

Goal-driven and results oriented

*

Prior customer service and sales experience preferred but not necessary

*

Experience with ServiceTitan preferred but not required

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED

Sales experience strongly desirable.
