Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Client Experience: Deliver an impeccable client experience to all your clients while building relationships with them. Through those relationships you will uncover needs and educate your client about products and services to get them the results they desire. Every single client comes in with different needs and our job is to uncover those needs and help them find a way to achieve the results that they are wanting.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to build relationships with all clients. Listen to understand and uncover the client need(s). We will teach you a conversation pattern that helps execute.

· Ability to make recommendations of products and services after needs have been uncovered.

· Ability to multi-task: juggle cleaning beds, engage clients and identify their need, maintain the laundry throughout the day and keep the salon clean each throughout each shift.

· Ability to maintain the minimum sales goals that reflect client experience. Daily, weekly, and monthly goals will be set but management team assists in achieving.

· Basic computer skills and knowledge.

· Willing to uphold all policies and procedures required by the Company.

Training: Everyone is put through our training program where we teach the basics and then every shift after we expand on those skills by coaching. We love it because you are able to leave every shift learning something new and feeling as though you have accomplished a goal!

Hours: Flexible scheduling and hours. We will do our best to work with your availability so whether this is a second job, job while going to school, or your career we have the hours to work with almost all availability.

Your image is the first impression that a client gets of you and Sun Tan City. We expect you to come in for every shift in dress code and well groomed.

Pay Structure: We offer $10 an hour with a bonus and incentive pay that enables our average consultant to make an average of $15/hour. Bonus potential is not capped meaning that you have the potential to make as much income as you want. Why work 40 hours when you can make the same amount in half the time?

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
