PANDORA – Sales Team Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service retail environment.
- Retail experience in high volume company a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility in schedule must include Holiday, Night and Weekend shifts.
- Must be able to communicate both English and Spanish
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Continuously working with the PANDORA way of selling to optimize personal sales performance.
- Achieve retail sales targets including volume and product mix, on daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Makes sure all daily, weekly, and monthly store routines are taken care of as assigned.
- Maintains a professional, and well-groomed appearance according to the PANDORA national dress code
- Communicates clearly and directly, approachable and relates well to others
- Anticipates customer needs, champions for the customer, acts with customers in mind
- Proven track record of building customer relationships and developing return business
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year
- Retail Sales: 1 year

Salary: $9.00 per hour
