Watch Station International is currently seeking Sales Associates for our Houston Premium Outlet Mall location. Candidate’s primary focus is creating a delightful guest experience while promoting our brand. Candidates should inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales goals. We offer flexibility with scheduling and hours.
**Candidate’s skills:
- Ability to Delight Guests through product knowledge and guest focus.
- Ability to listen effectively to understand and uncover guests' needs.
- Help maintain visual excellence.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Passion for fashion trends.
