We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

· Greet customers in a timely and positive manner, build customer confidence by making the experience interactive, engaging, and positive.

· Identify the customer’s needs and provides information related to Metro by T-Mobile products and services.

· Stay current and knowledgeable on all wireless products and services.

· Responsible for meeting current sales metrics Responsible for adhering to all sales processes and procedures.

· Responsible for monitoring store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory level

· Responsible for maintaining store standards and appearance.

· Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

· Ensure that customers leave our store satisfied.

Qualifications Include:

· Availability for flexible scheduling - Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
