Sales Assistant Job at Rowland Motors/J.D. Byrider
The Sales Assistant position is responsible for assisting in the sales of vehicles within the guidelines of Rowland Motors, dba Byrder. The Sales Assistant is accountable for correctly implementing the Byrider program with every customer.
Customer Service is an important aspect of the Sales Assistant role. The Sales Assistant will understand how the Byrider and CNAC Finance operations work and explain to the customers in everyday terms. The Sales Assistant will focus on the customer by asking questions, listening, determining their needs and treats each customer with courtesy and respect.
The Sales Assistant will perform the following daily tasks:
- Take credit applications
- Follow-up and prospecting phone calls
- Obtain documentation
- Obtain verifications
- Appointment Confirmations
- Manage inventory POP and Presentation
One year direct sales or customer service experience is preferred. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
