Job Description: Territory Account Manager – Sales and Service – Texas

Well established Food Safety Chemical Sanitation Manufacture is looking for a Territory Account Sales and Service Manager for Texas. This position is providing sales and service to the Dairy Manufacturing Industry. This position will focus primarily in the Dallas Fort worth and Houston Texas Market. In this role, you will participate in various projects and activities on site at large dairy manufacturing plants providing advanced support to the Sanitation Programs. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Dairy Manufacturing Territory Account Manager who wants to work in an exciting and challenging environment with some of the largest Dairy Manufacturing plants in the USA. General Overview:  Build a solid understanding of Company chemicals and products, dairy plant operations, customer business objectives and food safety sanitation and (CIP) Clean in place operational support  Work directly with the customers Quality Assurance team to continually add value to each account’s sanitation program  Provide dairy industry expertise to customers in terms of sanitation programs, including assisting with sanitation products and dispensing equipment, sanitation standard operating procedures, evaluating processes and procedures, troubleshooting, and employee training  Develop strategic work plans for completing service calls with existing customers  Communicate effectively with all levels of plant staff; build strong business relationships and networks  On site, at accounts, manage The Companies products and equipment; participate in equipment installations, observe and test equipment and product performance, repair or adjust equipment, adjust chemical concentration levels, monitor product inventory  Reports Directly to the Sanitation Technologies Vice President of Sales Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Biology or Chemistry or equivalent amount of Dairy or Beverage plant experience  4 years of experience in dairy or beverage processing/manufacturing environment  Willingness and ability to work varying hours  Willingness and ability to travel throughout a small geographic area  Strong understanding of clean in place (CIP) processes  Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record Preferred Qualifications:  BS/BA degree in dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry, biology or related field  General mechanical ability  Bilingual – English / Spanish  Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills  Desire to succeed in a competitive environment  Ability to take initiative and work independently  Strong follow-through and organizational skills  Ability to prioritize multiple projects and to adapt to changing priorities Advantages for the right person:  Work for a family-oriented company that values each employee  Work within the largest dairy manufacturing plants in the country  Be challenged to provide expertise including problem solving in the area of cleaning and sanitation with immediate recognition.  Receive a company vehicle, computer and phone  Continue a long term, career path in food manufacturing creating experiences for growth  Flexible, independent work schedule where you will plan your own schedule  Immediate access to world class resources, tools, and technology  Fantastic benefits, including great starting salary, vacation time, PTO, insurance, etc.  Starting salary $110-$150k with opportunities to make more
