We are looking for the strongest sales agents! who want to earn a high commission! we are a marketing company, who has multiple accounts for you to choose from, to sell. at&t internet, frontier, Windstream, home security, home phone. also have solar power, and then giving out government free phones. we run door to door sales, event marketing, in store booths, online sales or telesales. so, which ever way you feel you are the strongest at selling you can do. The territory manager will give you all the tools you need to be successful.

we understand that as a sales agent you should be valued and paid for your hard work that is why we have tons of bonuses in place (straight commission job, however...) if you are doing big numbers while out on the field your commissions will be raised and bonuses will be implemented. you can get paid trips by the company as well. we track numbers daily to see how our agents are doing so we can give rewards to those who earn it.

The commission for giving out free phones (this is the easiest thing in the world, if you have ever done sales before it is laughable doing this, as people line up to get the phones.) you get 10-15$ every phone you give out. a good agent typically gets out 20 plus phones a day. (some way less just depends on your effort and how much you want to work) if you are exceeding the best then we will raise your phone payouts to beyond 15$. if you are really good as well we will give you tablets, and whatever you sell them for you can keep all of the cash for the tablets you sell. if you want to bulid a team of agents once you are good at selling our services you can earn commissions off of your teams performance as well.

this job is perfect for anyone who wants to add and extra income and work part time around their regular job or school. it is guaranteed commissions as every day you go to give out free phones you will get people to sign up, plus you can choose your schedule and when you work. it is great to have a position where you can dictate how you utilize your time. *time is valuable* if you want to go as hard as you can and work 12 hour days you can do that as well, the choice is yours.

• Be able to use our system to input information to set up services
• set up a table or booth in your community. make sure it looks presentable.
• input all information correctly into the crm
• follow up and make sure installs go through
• ability to go door to door
• ability to cold call
• give out free phones

Advance in company by:

• recruiting other people to help sell services
• manage a team of employees.
• train others to excel at selling services
• find good locations to sell at&t services
• travel outside of your local city to do events
• build a team in other states

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS *

• preferably associates degree
• at least 1 year of sales experience preferred
• customer service experience
• worked with crms in past

Physical requirements:

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required. (options to work part time.)
• being able to lift boxes of phones and tablets

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
