We're looking for a driven and motivated salesperson to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business while also developing relationships with existing clients. You’ll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking. Our ideal candidate is dynamic and loves working with people.

Compensation:

$100,000

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads

  • Be a licensed real estate agent or consider getting your license. We are happy to talk with you about your career plans and provide you with real estate school recommendations
  • Be ready to dive into an extensive training program designed for success. Must be licensed to begin training.
  • Be ready to devote yourself to team commitments and a full-time career growing your real estate business. (Commission based, part-time agents do not apply)
  • Be a team player! Learn from and accept feedback from the team and share your ideas and strategies.
  • Be enthusiastic and positive with the team and clients
  • You don't need to know how to do everything. We will help guide you and teach you to think and be solution focused.

Qualifications:
  • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively

  • Be ready to dive into an exciting and energetic work atmosphere
  • Have a valid Real Estate License or be considering a career in Real Estate.
  • Organized and manages time effectively

  • Interested in sales or has sales experience
