RV Park/ Guest Services Manager & Maintenance

Schedule: 40 hours a week. 2 Weekdays off. MUST have weekend, night, and holiday availability.

Annual Salary: $50,000 per year with site rent included

Position Summary:

This role will not only answer the phone & take reservations, but bring joy to our camper's lives with events, games, and making s'mores around a group campfire along with building that team with a “Can do” attitude.

What you have already achieved (Requirements):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-years of management AND hospitality experience
  • Valid Driver’s License or ID
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation and cell phone service
  • US work authorization
  • Team Attitude
  • Background check required

What you are great at (Responsibilities):

  • Maintaining general happiness and safety of our guests
  • Social Media Postings
  • Vendor Management
  • Project Management Many Capex Projects in the Pipeline
  • On-site sales
  • Maintaining excellent customer service and experience of our guests
  • Maintain accurate financial accounting procedures
  • Monthly financial reporting to Headquarters
  • Coordinating on-site events
  • General property upkeep and repairs (general knowledge of plumbing, electrical maintenance is a must)
  • Computer efficiency
