The Unconventional is seeking an exceptionally qualified individual to serve as a Senior Role Player to support the 7th Psychological Operations Battalion (Airborne) (7th POB (A)) External Evaluation (EXEVAL) at Fort Bragg, NC, this is a critical training event within the battalion's certification and validation pathway to ensure that the Soldiers of 7th POB are capable and prepared to execute an array of operations in multiple theaters upon completion. The Command's Joint National Training Capability EXEVAL in support of 7th POB (A) requires various role players to create realistic and challenging scenarios to train and evaluate Soldiers for future deployments in support of U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM).
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide Senior Role Player support to 7th POB EXEVAL at Fort Bragg, NC.
- Support the government with all performance requirement as specified in the PWS; additionally, may be required to support coordination meeting to ensure a clear understanding of all performance requirements, dates and locations specified in the PWS.
- Conduct link up with the 7th POB Exercise Control Group at Fort Bragg, NC to receive further guidance on scenario rehearsals and train-up schedule.
- Supervisory role of role players.
- Ensure role players are trained and prepared to execute training.
- Execute scenarios at various training sites directed by 7th POB Exercise Control Group.
- Attend exercise meetings/update briefs, AARs as required.
- Coordinate schedules of role players to and from the targets/lanes.
- Participate as a role player during execution.
- Interact with military forces in a professional manner and understand daily operations in an embassy.
- Make decisions on behalf of the Contractor and control the flow of information to/from the role players.
- Clothing as a business attire.
