JOB LOCATION: 4700 Phinney Ave. N., Seattle WA 98103 (near the Woodland Park Zoo and Greenlake)
Responsibilities of the RN Charge Nurse:

• Provide medication and treatments
• Evaluate residents for changes in condition
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Patient education
• Accurate documentation of care provided
• Supervision of Nursing Assistant
• Collaboration in developing the resident's plans of care

Qualifications of the RN Charge Nurse:

• Washington state LPN or RN license
• Outstanding communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to type and use electronic medical record
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Associate (Required)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
