WE NOW OFFER FULL HEALTHCARE COVERAGE THROUGH AETNA!!!! Performance reviews & raises annually. Time and a half paid for anything over 8 hours in a day. Flexible scheduling. We offer 8 hour or 12 hour shifts.
NO MANDATING! Every other weekend off. Clean facility, fully staffed CNA team, excellent pay, nice families, little to no agency, and low acuity. Full time employees are eligible for comprehensive medical insurance (anyone working over 32 hours per week), dental insurance, vision insurance, 401K, short term disability, life insurance, sick time, vacation time, and birthday time. Part-time employees are eligible for short term disability, life insurance, sick time, and vacation time. Come and work for a caring and experienced DON who values her nurses. We are a direct deposit facility who takes care of its employees and provides a fun & flexible work environment. We use Point Click Care for charting and have a medical director and Nurse Practitioner on-site at least two times per week.
