Overview:

The Revenue manager will oversee the process of collecting and organizing analytical data related to an organization's revenue, sales, and other financial activities. The Revenue Manager may also plan, approve, and supervise the deployment of systems and processes to manage and analyze financial data and other record.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate degree

Preferred Major: 5 or more years of experience working in Business and/or Hospitality

language Abilities: English

Responsibilities:

Collection & Analysis

1) Analyze daily, weekly and monthly hotel reservation trends and historical data. 2) Monitor hotel rates and booking status. 3) Collect competitive rate and reservation status information. 4) Collect market information through online travel agencies, etc. 5) Analyze key account and promotion/package performance.

Prediction

1) Forecast demand based on historical data and recent change in reservation data. 2) Manage Revenue Management System forecast data. 3) Prospect management by tracking the progress of group reservations.

Pricing

1) Set best available rate by date. 2) Promotional operation according to room demand and seasonality. 3) Set up and operate price structures by channel. 4) Set up and operate price structures by room type. 5) Offer discounts and group rate quotes.

Inventory Management & Distribution

1) Manage inventory by room type. 2) Manage overbooking (+/-) according to demand by room. 3) Monitor and manage inventory interworking status by channel.

Performance Analysis

1) Analyze performance data by annual market segment. 2) Analyze performance by day/room type. 3) Analyze performance by channel/product (promotion/package, etc.). 4) Analyze average number of stay days (LOS), booking window.

Standardization & System Management

1) Standardize Market Code and Rate Code within PMS/ORS. 2) Manage (initial contract, setting, maintenance and repair, renewal) RM related systems (RMS, STR, Revenue Insight, Rate Insight, Demand360, etc.)

ㆍRM Meeting 1) Supervise weekly revenue meeting (share performance trends by segment, establish sales operation plans by date, and check sales prospects). Calculate and create a budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
