This role will be a high profile role at a home and office cleaning company. You'll be exposed to all aspects of the business and will see your responsibilities (and commensurate pay) grow as you develop your career at BerryClean. You are a hard working individual, are comfortable with learning new things, and have the ambition to help grow a small business with nationwide ambition. You also have experience in customer service and can always keep a warm, friendly demeanor.
You will be in charge of scheduling, and coordinating the routes of our cleaners. You will also be exposed to the expansion plans and work directly with the Director of Operations and President as we scale operations.
Responsibilities:
- Current Driver's License
- Manage the weekly and daily schedule of cleaners
- Plan routes using Google maps for over 30 appointments a day
- Ensure that every cleaner arrives to their appointment on time, whether it is driving or calling a rideshare (lyft, uber)
- Ensure our offices are clean and fully stocked with supplies
- Assist with hiring, marketing and operations of the business
- Resolve any daily operational issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members and customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and climb stairs
