Lee's Furniture & Bedding in Lake Wales, FL is seeking individuals who are driven, honest, creative, and detail-oriented to assist with greeting customers and assisting with their purchases.
In this position, Retail Stores Associates will work collaboratively with customers to ensure their design needs are not only met, but exceeded. They play a crucial role in assessing the needs of walk-in customers and designing their living spaces. Lee's Furniture is a retail company that offers affordable modern home furnishings with a vision to become more than just a furniture store. Interior design knowledge is not mandatory, but it is helpful for success in the showroom.
RETAIL STORE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
-Be a team player willing to assist co-workers.
-Provide excellent customer service, grow and build a strong client base.
-Educate the customer on our products, benefits and offerings.
-Suggest, sell and cross-promote our products and promotions.
-Own all phases of the sales process from initial contact through delivery to the customer’s home.
-Keep the showroom visually maintained to the company standard; this includes sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting furniture on occasion.
-Provide product knowledge and expertise.
-Represent our brand with a modern image and professionalism.
-Have a positive can-do attitude every day.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
