Summary

Assists with product pack out, rotation and placement on shelves of daily assigned accounts

Essential functions and activities associated with the role:

1. Uses effective merchandising and communication skills to:

Assists DSD drivers with unloading truck and checking in orders

Packs out products within authorized POGs at all assigned accounts. Places product where tagged.

Communicates with store management as required

Ensures that area working in is safe for customers and is cleaned up after pack out is completed. Disposes of trash and boxes

Performs merchandising responsibilities including opening cartons/sleeves, stocking shelves, POG & tag compliant and rotating product to ensure fresh products are always available to the consumer

2. Follows through in the performance of all services requested by store management.

3. Reports problems to DFM and recommends measures for their solutions.

4. Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Education:

0-4 years college

Relevant experience/skills:

Sales Merchandising, Direct Store Door sales experience

1- year grocery or convenience merchandising/shelf stocking

Compensation:

$18 hour plus any earned overtime

Mileage reimbursement:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
