The Retail Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service and high quality food at an assigned retail outlet. Duties of this position include, recruitment and selection of employees to maintain appropriate staffing levels, providing continuous employee training and implementing special promotions and activities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high-volume marketplace, food court or restaurant with a focus on outstanding customer service. Preference may be given to candidates who possess an advanced degree in culinary arts or related field. This position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds.
