Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers in their purchase of company products (Clothes, Shoes, Knives, Firearms Accessories, Camping and more) and services by performing the following duties.

Full and Part time positions available.

Retail staff are asked to have shifts that open and close as well as work a weekend day. When training is complete you'll have a regular set schedule every week.

Must be 18. Background check and drug screen required.

We offer set schedules

Rates start at $14.00 and up based on experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Works with customers to insure a positive shopping experience.

Handles inbound calls.

Quotes price and describes features of product items and accessories.

Emphasizes salable features, credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.

Stocks products as needed by business and accoring to merchandising standards

Updates sales tags and signs

Keeps sales floor clean and organized.

All other duties as required by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
