Who You Are

We're looking for a Hospitality Manager who is passionate about exceptional guest experiences, a champion for our company culture, and a keeper of safety. As a key member of our Operations Team, you'll lead by example and be responsible for building strong teams through development, effective hiring, and engagement. You'll ensure flawless service and operational standards by upholding our Core Values and maximizing financial performance while delivering an unforgettable guest experience. You'll also be responsible for creating a safe environment and promoting safety measures across the venue. Some of the things you’ll do

• Lead by example by demonstrating core values, and inspire team members to enhance their leadership skills through coaching and purposeful feedback.
• Uphold operating procedures and service standards, especially guest satisfaction, while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Ensure efficient staffing and provide proper coordination to ensure proper levels of service are provided to guests.
• Manage financial goals and objectives by monitoring labor cost, scheduling, and COGs, while producing all financial reporting accurately and timely.
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and development of team members while ensuring that all team members are successfully trained.
• Proactively communicate staffing needs, improve operations through attention to detail, and implement all brand standards.
• Responsible for team member training, service, and support, and overseeing proper execution of all brand standards.
• Ensuring daily pre-meals, weekly manager meetings, one on one communication, recognition, coaching, corrective action, and development plans are in place.

• Strong leadership skills and natural ability to lead
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated experience in shift lead or management role in the restaurant industry for at least 1 year
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively
• Passionate about hospitality, food, beverages, guest experience, and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
