WHAT YOU WILL DO...

• Monitor the open dining room sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
• Estimate wait times for guests
• Monitor the guest waiting list
• Ensure that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
• Answer telephone in a warm, friendly, professional manner
• Book reservations
• Be able to follow instructions in both written and verbal form
• Thorough knowledge of our food and beverage and ability to explain them to guests

-MUST have at least 2 years of customer service or 1 year in a fast-paced fine dining or casual fine dining establishment.
