YOUR LIFE AS A RESTAURANT HOST

As a Restaurant Host, you are an important team member for us because you are constantly helping our guests and servers! You warmly greet guests, guide guests to their table, and communicate with management on the flow of the restaurant. You also answer phones and handle any guest inquiries or questions that way. You are the first person guests see when they enter our doors, but you are also the last person to bid farewell when they are leaving. With your upbeat and friendly attitude, you facilitate a great environment and set the tone for a guest's dining experience. You assist with any wait times, manage special seating requests, and communicate unique guest needs. Some other responsibilities include interacting with vendors on the phone and assisting with the duties of servers, bussers, and other team members as needed. You feel good about fulfilling your responsibilities and keeping our guests coming back!
