El Banditos Grill is a vibrant, and inviting restaurant, serving Mexican cuisine of the highest quality. The flavorful menu is complimented by our tequila focused bar. We are a grab and go place in need of employees to work the food assembly line, cashier, bartender, dishwasher and line cook.

Time Commitment:

This is a brand new restaurant, currently we want to hire 4 full-time and 1 part-time position. We plan to opened 5 days a week (Tues-Sat) with days off being Sunday and Monday. Possibly 4 days a week (Wed-Sat) depending on position fullfillment.

We also own The Corner Deli Market that is a family owned and operated year round breakfast, lunch and coffee shop inside a small market located in a historic building in the quaint town of South Londonderry, Vermont. We hire the most service-oriented people who appreciate a fun, fair, and drama-free work environment. El Banditos Grill will be of the same work caliber.

Specific Duties (Depending on Position)

• Adhering to our top-quality Mexican recipes, with great attention to detail
• Preparing all salsas and spreads
• Giving great service to customers and teammates
• Adhering to sanitation rules and guidelines
• Cross training stations between taking orders at bar (bar menu), assembling to go food, coffee station, stocking and running the cash register (POS)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in commercial kitchen environment preferred but not necessary
• Experience with using a POS
• Experience with working with the public
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, bend, twist, stretch, and stand for several hours at a time
• Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Teachability is a MUST. We are always willing to teach but you have to want to learn.

Compensation:

• $16-$20 an hour plus tips depending on experience and work position
