Respiratory Therapist for their
Acute Care departments. This facility is a

Respiratory Therapist Highlights/Benefits:
- Join an autonomous team of 120 RTs who partner closely with the intensivists and are able to manage patient care independently.

- Opportunity to work in the Emergency Room (ER), Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Extremely high-acuity with great staffing ratios, allowing you to truly focus on patient care
- Vent days and VAP Rates are incredibly low
- Access to professional growth opportunities and ability to train in pulmonary function testing, discharge navigation, NICU and bronchoscopies
- Highest pay rate in the region, with pay ranging from $32/hr up to $48/hr with shift differential of 14% and weekend differential of 5%

Respiratory Therapist RRT Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Registered Respiratory Therapist as recognized by the NBRC or ability to obtain RRT
- Respiratory Care Practitioners need Licensure to practice as an RCP
- BLS credentials through the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain BLS
