Position Description
Are you an energetic leader wanting to manage a team that provides support to persons with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities? Want to work in a team environment? Then join our team as a Program Manager. Provide direct supervision to 30-40 direct support professionals in 4 to 6 homes located throughout Washington county that are established to provide a home for the persons supported and assist them to achieve full community lives. This is a position that will provide great personal satisfaction with the opportunity to grow professionally and emotionally. What we will offer you:

Requirements
What are we looking for in a teammate?
- A minimum of one (1) year of direct supervisory / management experience mentoring experience a plus.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience supporting persons with disabilities
- An Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Human Services a plus)
Must also be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. The successful candidate needs to pass a reading comprehension and math test, background check and pre-employment screenings, including drug screen.
