  • You have a Master’s degree in a mental health discipline and/or related field
  • You have a current valid license in a related field (Preferred but not required)
  • You have 2+ years of experience providing evidence-based treatments, short-term psychotherapy using outcomes management, and are excited and motivated to deliver clinical support via phone
  • You are excited about providing life-changing clinical care, to a full caseload of clients (in a 40 hours/week role), and you have experience thriving in your previous work
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening), especially over the phone, and a willingness to receive feedback
  • You are a fabulous communicator: written and verbal communication is your strength
  • You are able to work from 8:00am to 4:30pm CST

What you’ll do

  • Provide phone based clinical care management services to individuals and families that have suffered from catastrophic accidents
  • Provide personalized support for individuals who are looking for help, for a broad range of emotional and mental health needs
  • Work closely with a collaborative team of elite clinicians and medical professionals, through regular collaboration
  • Resource for individuals all over the country
  • Be a key contributor to improving our care model, by providing feedback on our client’s needs and our approach
