We are searching for multiple Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurses (RN) for Per Diem shifts and Contracts in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) works in medical facilities, convalescent homes, hospice or assisted-living centers, depending on the position. Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurses (RN) need to be comfortable assessing patients, writing patient care plans, providing guidance and scheduling treatments for the patients.

Facilities in Colorado Springs, Colorado are looking for a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse to help with full-time, part-time, contract, and per diem jobs.

Responsibilities:

As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse your core responsibilities consist of:

• Monitoring symptoms and the vital signs of patients.
• Maintaining records for the facility.
• Implementing care plans.
• Overseeing aides and assistants as they help patient's everyday needs.

Qualifications:

· At least one year of LTC experience required within the last 2 years
