REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's Degree in Human Services related field and one year of relevant experience.
- Valid Driver License
- Ability to drive an organization vehicle
- Act 33/34/73 clearances
- Pre-Employment Physical/Hep B screening/TB screening
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen
WORK SCHEDULE: This is an Exempt (salary) position.
- Mainly daylight, with some flexibility to meet the needs of persons served in a 24/7 residential setting.
- Rotating on-call duties required ($50.00/day)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- This position oversees therapeutic and nursing staff and provides direct clinical service to seriously and persistently mentally ill adults.
- Responsible for ensuring that all staff on the unit provide the persons served therapeutic rehabilitative services, including personal, healthcare, interpersonal skills, time-structuring, therapeutic activities and the development of individual treatment plans.
