We’re Dragonfly ABA, a group of providers offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our goal is to support children as well as the caregivers around them, while emphasizing community engagement and transparency. Job Description:

We are currently seeking highly-qualified ABA therapists to work with our great families and children. Behavior Technicians provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Work is performed in the client’s home as well as in daycare and school settings.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Record data on skill acquisition goals
• Implement schedules of reinforcement
• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments
• Assist in program development
• Complete daily paperwork including session notes and timesheets
• Collaborate with family and treatment team members to provide treatment effectively and without disruption to the environment or other individuals in the environment
• Chart data daily
• Assist in measuring behavior

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 1 year working with children aged 2-18 in a supervised setting
• Minimum of one year of ABA experience (preferred)
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (preferred)
• Patient, professional, and caring
• Excellent communication skills with children, family members, and supervisor
