You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:

• Assist in conducting functional behavioral assessments and PBSPs

• Work in a variety of settings: clinic, home, school, community, and telehealth

• Implement empirically validated and data driven treatment protocols

• Work within specialty programs such as our School Consulting program, Pre-educational program, and our new High School Secondary Education Preparation program.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in special education, psychology or other related field; Must hold an RBT certification OR be willing to complete required training and exam. Must pass RBT exam within 1 month of being hired.

Experience: Must have direct experience working with children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Previous RBT experience preferred, but training and supervision will be provided. Registered Behavior Technician certification must be obtained and maintained in order to serve in this role.

• Minimum of one years’ experience with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorders/behavioral challenges

• Ability to work directly with patients and families, work as part of a team to carry out behavior plans

• Willingness to travel

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides behavior treatment programs for individuals with autism, as well as individuals with behavioral concerns or other developmental disabilities.
