About the Recruitment Coordinator Role L5 Skincare is looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing People team. This person will support the recruiting process for L 5 Skincare Shops. Your day to day will focus on reviewing applications, meeting candidates, overseeing the candidate experience, and working with key stakeholders to meet hiring needs. You will also provide administrative support to the People Team by creating job boards and social media advertisements, ATS compliance, managing and processing offer letters, and assisting with hiring events for esthetic school recruiting and new store openings. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, natural leader, an execution expert, a people person, and also comfortable in an environment of ambiguity. Get ready to hit the ground running and have an incredible impact! This is a remote position reporting to L5 Skincare, Human Resource Specialist. What You'll Do
  • You'll be an initial point of contact and walk candidates through the entire recruiting process through onboarding and integration
  • You'll identify qualified active and passive candidates for L5 Skincare New Shop Openings and ongoing recruitment for existing shops
  • You'll conduct prescreening and behavioral interviews to evaluate whether applicants meet position requirements.
  • You'll manage all candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor standard recruiting practices across the company.
  • You’ll assist with development of centralized resources for shop employees and Shop operations
  • You’ll manage from start to finish employee off boarding & employment changes, for all shops.
  • You’ll partner with Area Leaders/ Shop Managers to determine future talent needs for their shops/regions and assist in posting jobs
  • You’ll represent L5 Skincare virtually or in-person at recruitment events when applicable
  • You’ll manage recruitment budgets and insure we are staying within budget while pulling levers on sponsored job postings needed to successfully recruit talent
The Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in Operations, People Operations, or Recruiting
  • Must be able to execute multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Must have the ability to prioritize issues across multiple projects to go after highest value targets with minimal guidance
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
  • Must have superior organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to travel for Recruiting events, trainings, and New Shop Openings when needed
  • Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule when needed - including weekends.
