Recruiting Manager Job at Soni Resources Group
Seeking a sophisticated Attorney Recruiting Manager in New York City. The Regional Manager would work with practice leaders regionally, with a focus on recruiting lateral lawyers. As a member of the Firm Recruiting Department, the Regional Manager would also be involved in other lawyer recruiting efforts, including law school recruitment, summer associate programs, and lawyer onboarding. The Regional Manager will demonstrate the initiative and drive to provide a first-rate experience for candidates at each step in the recruiting lifecycle. The Regional Manager will work actively with the Recruiting Department staff in each office, serving as a positive role model, providing effective leadership to the regional team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; Juris Doctorate degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role and 5 to 8 years of increasing responsibility in a large, multi-jurisdictional law firm recruiting department.
- Excellent communication Skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
Compensation: $150,000 - $220,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
