Recruiting Manager Job at Moravia Health
Moravia Health is a homecare agency seeking a full-time professional Recruiting Manager. The recruiting manager isresponsible for the supervision of the Company’s full cycle recruitment process, up to and including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, salary negotiation, and offer extension. This role supports the growth of the recruitment team while working with senior leadership and managers to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
In this role, you will be instrumental in finding top-notch talent for our company with your dynamic outreach skills, candidate flow management, and the ability to establish relationships while being the ultimate ambassador of our brand.
- Use the knowledge you gain to source candidates using a combination of social media, job boards, outreach, and other venues
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the moving parts of the hiring process for a remarkable candidate experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a relevant field from a four-year college or university
Experience:
· Five years of recruiting experience; preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment
· One or more years of supervisory or management experience
· Knowledge of applicable labor legislation
Qualifications for a Recruitment Manager:
· Prior Managerial Home Care experience preferred
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
· Bachelor’s degree is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
