There are many benefits in working within this role. The right individual will earn base pay with unlimited monthly bonus potential. For example, if you hit your monthly goals, you’ll earn a minimum bonus of $2,500 per month on top of your base pay, and if you exceed your goals, you can earn more than that. In fact, it’s possible for an exceptional recruiter to earn more than $10,000 in monthly bonus pay, and we also have daily and monthly contests with additional earning potential. Our recruiters also have the opportunity to travel to between one and four tradeshows per year to such cities as Orlando, Denver, and Las Vegas.


In addition to paid time off, medical insurance, and paid holidays, there is a structured recruiting and sales training program and industry-specific search training. Although previous recruiting and sales experience is preferred, it is not required for candidates interested in this position. Primary Responsibilities
  • Screen candidates for minimum qualifications as defined by our client’s guidelines; work with the Project Manager to ensure sufficient candidate flow to assigned locations.
  • Utilize online resources and our proprietary database to source candidates for locations.
  • Achieve goals and metrics related to sourcing candidates for assigned locations.
  • Cultivates relationships with candidates, the Project Manager and hiring managers to promote growth, teamwork, and credibility.
  • Implements sourcing strategies, including monitoring, and evaluating various recruitment sources to produce optimal results.
  • Track and utilize data to understand sourcing trends.

Minimum Qualifications Professional demeanor comfortable working in an office setting Applies logical/creative thinking in providing solutions to hiring managers and candidates/Critical thinking skills Acts with a sense of urgency in communicating with team members, hiring managers, and candidates. Positive, can-do attitude, someone who is driven to succeed and is resourceful. Someone with Grit will work well in our environment. Competitive spirit with a winning attitude Previous sales or customer service experience is highly preferred Previous experience in a high-volume sourcing or recruitment, experience in healthcare or related field a plus. Competency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel. Ability to work in an applicant tracking system. Ability to use social media sites like LinkedIn and be able to handle online research. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knows basic geography Experience working in or around a veterinary clinic is a plus
