Job Summary:

As a Recruiter, you will work closely with the Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers to identify qualified candidates for our Technical Support positions through an array of direct sourcing methods. As the first member of the Abacus team whom the candidate interacts with, you will be an Ambassador of Abacus' culture, values, and mission, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies, aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.
  • Identify potential candidates through the use of creative sourcing methods
  • Identify a diverse slate of candidates for each search.
  • Call, screen and qualify candidates.
  • Integrate diversity sourcing strategies into candidate development strategies.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and interview feedback with hiring teams
  • Drive deep partnerships with the business including understanding business priorities, company values and culture, organization structure, etc.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience
  • Become an ambassador of Abacus culture and values

Skills:

  • Exposure to Desktop Support technologies (Office 365, Citrix, MFA, etc.)
  • Exposure to and/or willingness to learn sourcing high volume, but qualified candidates
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in an environment with many competing demands
  • A strong and proactive collaborator, who can build cross-functional relationships across levels and teams
  • Team player and positive attitude are a must.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask and be able to work autonomously.
  • Adaptable to the changing needs of the business and changing workflows and processes
  • Proactive nature-if you see something that can be improved, suggest it!

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting and/or technical environment
  • Experience in an agency and/or in house recruiting role a plus
  • HS Diploma required
