Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, and Berkowitz, PC has an opening for a receptionist in its New Orleans, LA, office. The ideal candidate will be extremely professional, possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, and have a proficiency in MS Outlook and basic typing skills.
Responsibilities include placing, receiving, and routing calls through a multiline switchboard; greeting clients and other visitors; maintaining neatness of the lobby and reception area; receiving, logging and routing deliveries; validating guests parking; scheduling conference rooms, including verification of technology and catering needs. Assist and back up Office Services personnel as needed. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to, check requests and daily bank deposit as needed.
